For all the sturdy birders who counted Brooker Creek today, the water well remember. Don Margeson walking our route, and the truck rescue. I have a long relationship with the Environmental Lands Unit Pinellas County Sherriffs Office thru working with them at Fort De Soto, Eldridge-Wildes and Brooker Creek, particularly Deputy David Bianchet the machine as he is lovingly called (the bigger Dep). Thankfully I have most of the unit on cell and had pre-warned dear friend Corporal Charlie Tita of our day invading the preserve. Deputy Jeremy Kurell also came to our rescue after I called them both without a whimper of complaint. There are no men finer in law enforcement, and they are fun! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!
