For all those who are comparing Israels genocide of Palestine to Operation Zarb e Azb in Waziristan, please pull your head out of the sand and lets look at facts. Shameful to see Muslims purposely spreading lies in the Holy Month, but what else can you expect from terrorist supporters? 1. Borders Gazas borders are all closed. The people of Gaza have no place to go and are essentially living in an open air prison bounded by Israel on the North and East, Egypt on the South and the Mediterranean Sea on the West. Both Egypt and Israel have closed its borders to Gaza. Waziristans borders are all open. The population were given ample time to LEAVE (mostly to KP) as the conflict got worse. Some close to the Afghan border even initially chose to cross into Afghanistan temporarily to spare them having to go through conflict zones. 2. Air Strikes Israel is solely relying on air strikes and purposely targeting Hamas compounds. Pakistan is NOT solely relying on air strikes - most of the operation have been ground offensives. 3. Targeting Civilians Israel claims that since Hamas is a terrorist organisation it has a right to attack Hamas compounds. Little do people realise that Hamas is an elected government - therefore Israel claims they can target all government infrastructure including hospitals, schools, airports, roads etc. TTP is a terrorist organisation but NOT an elected government of any sort. For those who claim the army is destroying schools and targeting civilians, can someone please explain why? What purpose would that serve? For Israel, the purpose is easy. They want the land and the people out. Can someone explain what purpose the Pakistan Army has by targeting civilians? Furthermore, Waziristan is a federal territory, meaning all infrastructure is property of the federal government. So some people are claiming that the army is destroying the federal governments own property? Does that make any sense at all? The army is NOT targeting any civilian infrastructure but rather specific villages which were overrun by TTP terrorists and certain homes of militants in Miran Shah and Mir Ali. 4. IDPs Israel has not given the people of Gaza any support whatsoever to help them during this conflict. They have essentially been left to fend for themselves. Pakistan has opened several IDP camps to help the people while the conflict is ongoing. It may not be the greatest of setups, but its better than nothing. If youre going to lie, then make the lie believable at least. Otherwise dont waste our time.
