For all you guys and gals that know nothing about NASCAR or its lower divisions. You need to know about motor sports somewhat before you come to a conclusion. Tony Stewart is one of the drivers known for his anger. On many occasions he has gotten out of his car and threw something hit or kicked a car and gave them the bird as they drive by. Two it wasnt that dark those tracks are well lit or they wouldnt even be racing. Two he is a champion is sprint cars Indy and NASCAR. He got in an on track scuffle with a young kid so he wrecked him to teach him a lesson. Then when the kid gets out and basically does what Stewart would have done in that situation gets out of the car to tell at the other driver something all drivers at that level and up do and always have done. So Tony wanted to scare the kid and maybe spray him with mud. But he hit the kid killing him. He purposefully sped up to get the rear end to kick out to spray the kid. Now he didnt mean to hit the kid but he did killing him. This shit is uncalled for especially for a 1 time Indy car series champion and 3 time NASCAR sprint cup champion. No matter what he did what he did intentionally. What happened wasnt intentional. He needs to be brought up on charges and prosecuted accordingly.
