For almost 17 years, I have had the most Beautiful, Sassy, Head Strong, Intelligent, High Strung, Hard Headed, LOVING cat that you could imagine!! About 5 years ago she chilled out a lot and was a little more accepting of others, but has ALWAYS been my cat. Unlike my precious Doogie (who has been gone 10 years now), Missy only liked me and was only my baby girl. We snuggled twice every day and if I forgot or thought I was too busy - she most certainly would remind me - I treasure those times. This morning between 10-11, my Missy will fly to the angels and meet her sissy Doogie; my precious Daddy, and so many other loved ones. I know I made the right decision as I knew immediately when her pain and discomfort level escalated. This is still one of the hardest days a pet owner can imagine. Our four-legged children do become part of us and today I will loose another part of my heart:(, but will try and think I did what was best for my girl of almost 17 years!! Good bye my angel - I will MISS YOU SOOO - Rest in Peace my darling Marissa. I love you!!!!!
