For almost 3 years Ive had severe back pain (disc degeneration, arthritis, and spinal stenosis at L4/5 and L5/S1). Ive done injections, ablations, and 2 biacuplasty procedures - the last of which made my pain tolerable. I still would need to alternate between sitting and standing just to get through my work day. Last night I attended the Habitation service - and when the Pastor spoke about how chronic pain can consume us, define us, overwhelm us - I knew exactly what he meant. I was that person for almost 3 years. Then we prayed for His healing for back issues. I have not been able to bend over more than about 40 degrees, standing up straight was a chore, and forget about stretching backwards. This video was taken AFTER I sat through my full work shift, without having to stand, without being in pain or discomfort of any kind......Praise God!
