For almost a year now I have been attaching a sticky message underneath my comments on one of the online discussion forums - a small euphemism and a play of words, a warning, in Polish meaning both taking part in your own funeral and playing hide and seek... Here with the fumes of carbon monoxide, me suggesting to invest in a CO detector to begin with... In the summer (SUMMER!!) one proper article appeared in local media (where sentiments take me from time to time), reminding of its dangers (carbon monoxides, I mean, of course, haha), how to deal with it, promoting the idea to buy a detector and so on. Whether its me who inspired here anyone or not, its fabulous news below! (In short, on Sunday evening a tenant notified fire fighters that carbon monoxide detector begun to beep in his flat. When they arrived, they took further measures saying the CO level wasnt imminently dangerous but they also took a decision to check all adjourning flats for anything suspicious. In one of them they found that a teenage girl was taking a bath in a locked bathroom but didnt respond to any calling. They broke into the bathroom and found her lying on the floor, while CO level was high enough to kill within 2 hours. She survived .)
