For an immediate Hiring Senior Sales Representative Job Responsibilities : - • Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members. • Study the previous stats of the company, and understand the policies adopted by company to improve these stats. • Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of company’s database. Generate reports based on facts to be presented before the senior managers, and shareholders. • Meet the sales target set within the given deadline with restricted territory, and accounts. • Continuously motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company’s goals. • Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities to help build up the empire. • Analyze the sales team, and check if the work there is going on smoothly or not. Make amendments in the team members if necessary. • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. • High level of customer focus and commercial awareness. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (IT field is preferred and b2b environment). • Marketing principles and IT awareness are must. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills • Good business sense • The ability to motivate and lead a team • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm • Excellent communication skills • Good planning and organizational skills • The ability to work calmly under pressure • Good IT, budget and report writing skills • Gender: Male.
