For any friends of mine that still believe the U.S. Constitution is still intact and protecting each and every citizen of this once great country, I would like to ask you to please pull your head out of your ass and wake up. The Constitution has been being shredded by Presidents and Congress since Lincoln began to use taxes applied to Southern states only that was the reason for secession and then once again Lincoln shredded the Constitution, mainly the Tenth Amendment in his effort to start his war. Most recent shredding took place under the George W. Bush administration when he signed the Patriot Act into law thus creating and funding the DHS and TSA, and giving other law enforcement agencies the absolute power to surveil any US citizen, for whatever reason they might deem worthy to peer into your home with heat seeking equipment violating your 4th amendment rights. The reasons they give to obtain illegal warrants(as if they need them anyway) to do this are direct violations of either your 1st or Second amendment rights. Following me here? Barack Hussein Obama has further shredded the Constitution by signing the N.D.A.A. into law thus nullifying your 4th,1st,and possibly 2nd amendment rights. Congress signed Obamacare(AACA) into law thus violating again,the Tenth amendment and just about every other amendment and section of the constitution when it comes to the separation of powers and check and balances. The only thing material wise that you own outright after paying for it is either your vehicle or a boat and the material knick knacks that you collect to fill up shelves. When a taxing entity can use the excuse of unpaid taxes to seize your property whether it be land or your home, that is not ownership,and that dilutes your God given right to life,liberty,and the pursuit of happiness. I constantly hear cries to restore the Constitution,that this is not the country we grew up in. Well,no kidding. To effectively restore the United States Constitution and restore this country, the 16th amendment, the Patriot Act,the NDAA,and the AACA(Obamacare) must be repealed,and the 28th amendment that states Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and Representatives; Congress shall make no law that applies to Senators and Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States." Name one politician that is willing to go that far.
