For any who has a slow cooker try cooking a joint oif meat in it ....I just put 1.2 kilo joint of pork in yesterday with about 2 inch depth of water so keep it moist .... Cooked about 6 hours through out day and it litewrally fell apart last night so obviously if you want it to cut leave it for less time ....it was lovely and juicy just cut off the fat layer and put it in oven to make crackling x you can add herbs x
