For anyone that was planning on coming to tomorrows track session, Melbourne is not in use so we will be going to Basildon. To use their track you must be a member, which is free to do so, and can be done by visiting everyoneactive. However if people would rather do something more local I can put another session together from the club and we can do some threshold paced efforts round the sewage works in chelmer village. If we meet at the club for 8.30am either way we can get a good session in. Please can you post on here today so I have an idea of numbers and what everyones preference is. See you in the morning.
