For anyone who remembers Charlotte Church as either an operatic tween, or a semi-ironic wannabe Pop Princess the songs on this E.P. come as real surprise. And a very pleasant one at that. This can be described as sophisticated multilayered indie pop/rock with a multitude of nuances that reward repeated listening. The production is of very high standard, but not overly polished with genuine passion and emotion in the singing and playing. Also, you have to give much kudos to anyone who writes songs inspired by their interest in Quantum Physics.
