For anyone who would like to read, here are a few of my thoughts to help you have a smooth road in your journey to success. Remember your Why and to be a door to opportunity instead of a speed bump in the road. People often make the mistake of getting in their own way and then put blame on others for their failures or quit do to lack of belief in themselves. To avoid this follow the simple system. When you find something you love and become passionate about it, it becomes the only thing that comes out of your mouth because you want to share your personal experiences and results with everyone naturally. So at first you share from your heart because you care and want to help. Then for some reason out of nowhere most people make this HUGE mistake, the mistake of turning yourself into a manager with a false cover title leader. Just because you showed someone a awesome product and or great opportunity does not give you the right or the title to be their manager or boss. Your sharing to help and to inspire. Remember you cant make or drag anyone to become successful, so dont pressure or make people feel stupid if they are not as passionate as you. You can only teach them by showing them. The key is duplication so you want to keep it simple and casual. Please remember if you have one person on your team or hundreds continue to share like you did in the start. Do not put yourself on a pedestal and think that you are above anyone. If you want to give yourself the title of a leader, lead by example with actions. Dont plan or wait for others to make you successful, instead keep helping others and watch what happens. Some people just love being a customer because they enjoy the product or service you provide, let them! There will be others just like you who fall in love with the product and want to share with the world in time. So there is no reason to put pressure on anyone. The key to success is sharing whatever it is you have with as many as you can so that eventually you find the people like you who want to grow and change for the better. You will weed out those who are not interested and find those who need/want what you have just by sharing with passion. For instance with the company I am a part of some people chose to only take the product and others decide they also want to share the product. Let people have the freedom of choice and if they decide to lock arms with you treat them as a partner not as an employee. Remember if it was not for the trust and support of those individuals you would be alone. Success in everything revolves around four things: 1. Your personal belief and experiences will spark your fire. 2. Discipline will keep your fire going. 3. Simplicity will spark other fires. 4. Desire too will help others. I have noticed that the people who follow these keys to success and follow the simple system that was put in place for them and repeat the same steps they do in the beginning are the ones who win.
