For as long as I can remember, Ive had a love affair with food. Ive never been grossly overweight, but I definitely yo yo-ed up and down 20-30 lbs. We are huge lake people and I never felt confident in my swim suit. Ive always been self conscious of the way my body looked. When I tell you Plexus is more than weight loss, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I no longer struggle with soda. Plexus is a tool that allows me to say no to the junk. I crave water and better food choices. Im not perfect all the time, and Plexus helps me maintain my weight. This is the first year EVER I didnt gain weight through football season and the holidays and I feel great!! My health screening this year was better than ever! Also, I love this interview with Dustin. He talks about how Plexus not only helped him achieve his health goals, but has allowed him to achieve his life goal of becoming a college professor in nutrition and personal fitness. Plexus is making this possible AND he gets to take amazing trips, make new friends, and help other people!
