The NYS DOT truck that usually plows our Hwy 42 in Woodbourne has not been down the road in hours. This is odd as when there is no snow as in zero snow he plows/wings back nothing on a dry road at least each hour. He must have worn out the plow blades last weekend. What a freaking joke this Fizzle 2015 has been for us locally. Some one of those responsible should get their asses kicked. Please no rhetoric about Better safe than sorry.
