For day 30 Im showing handstand splits with a wall as I did it without the wall the other day. Position yourself further out from the wall than you normally would. Kick up and try to take one leg back to the wall. If you take both legs back that is fine too. Lengthen out your front leg and gently push off the wall with your back leg.
