For days Ive scrolled and MANY people are sick :( Picked Jonie up yesterday and she hurts all over and has stomach bug symptoms and goes straight to sleep. Feeling responsible because I ask Holly to take her and pick up some candy canes. Im a mom and should have thought to request Lysol first, oops.. :( I planned to do something each night this week with her.. Simple but fun... Mon-decorate, Tues Jewelry party, Wed-decorate Thur -Movie. It occurred to me that neither of us are sick much and I often forget to be thankful for that. Not only seasonal sickness but lots of kids and people of all ages deal with serious stuff... Strokes Heart attacks cancer... I had supper with my Aunt this weekend (a young aunt shes more like a big sister) one of her close friends had a second heart attack and another one died :(. Being someone who is a... wanna be health nut / junk food junkie.. I honestly believe many medicines harm more than they help. Watch the commercials theyre hilarious... Its always the people in the worse shape who take the most.. SMH... Just because a doctor says do it?? Not me... Ive really gotta start focusing though. I dont feel bad at all but they tell me my blood pressure is high and who the heck wants to waste time on a stroke? Natural remedies Hmm...Yep thats better than the last BP medicine I tried. It made my legs hurt.... Take it hurt? Dont take it and dont hurt? Crazy Lol... America the nation of Addiction.. Im addicted to enough already... Exercise and Vitamin C for today with my pond water... Stay healthy theres to much to enjoy to be sick!! On the way to Lowes this weekend Billy Squire sang Stroke Me and Im picturing Doctors working and singing Noo Thanks... :))
