For everyone and anyone interested. This is a wee massage to say I will be setting up some indoor freestyle classes nearer the end of next month in Drumchapel. I will be coaching Parkour/Freerunning alongside a gymnastics/freestyle coach but if you would like to use the space to practice Break-dance or Martial arts please come along :D. The classes will be on a Sunday evening and we will have a mass of soft equipment to train on. Double Mini Trampoline, Trampet, Spring Board, 5 Large Mats, 6 Long Floor Mats, 2 Beams, Horse, Vault and 3 Large Square Foam Blocks. All this can be set up whatever way we want. We could even make a fort :D. Please if anyone would like to come along or you know someone who would then contact me and I can set up a page with pictures directions ect... I would love to have this over the winter and need to get in as many people as possible to make the hall hire. Let me know what you think
