For everyone that is emailing me from all over Australia about planning road trips and accommodation: heres some info: Kyneton is in the Macedon Ranges (an hour from Melbourne); we have the best regional food and amazing restaurants, great cafes & coffee, beautiful wines, great shopping, cool music, amazing scenery, think Hanging Rock, Mt Macedon, river walks, gardens, historic bluestone, country pubs and real farmers markets with real produce, the list goes on . . . we are unique, eclectic, original and authentic, no wonder we have the highest concentration of artists and makers here practising their trades (yes we love it here!). For anyone who is searching for accommodation in the area, see macedonranges.org.au - this is the accommodation association in our area - all great people with gorgeous properties. Note: LOST TRADES FAIR tickets are selling now on trybooking. If tickets sell out online - tickets at the gate WILL be limited due to numbers, we want all visitors to be able to see what is going on.
