For everyone who has been asking me tips for FITNESS on waysapp messages emails and FB - here is what I learnt from books , websites my health guru Rajeshwari Pillai and most of all experience!!! Eliminate or at least significantly decrease the amount of C.R.A.P. in your diet. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- C- carbonated beverages R- refined sugars A- artifical sweetners P- processed food ****************Those 4 things are a good start...****************** Also B.E.N.D.a lot... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- B- Burn some sweat at least 5 days a week!!! E- Eat at home (Plan your meals in advance) N- Never Go hungry or starving D- Drink up...H2O Let me know how it goes...
