For friends working in Airtel; your customer care sucks! Kindly do something Hi, I am Kumar Ankit an Airtel customer for the last 10 years. My no is 9162207031, Prepaid Bihar circle. I am currently in Hyderabad, and all of a sudden the number has stopped working, there is no network signal coming in my mobile. I switched off the mobile and again inserted the sim, but still there is no network signal. I inserted my sim in another mobile also, but again no network signal. I tried calling customer care from my friends mobile but got no help. My alternate number is 9470430723. I am seriously thinking of leaving Airtel as even after being a loyal customer for 10 years, you have no regards for customer. Request you to kindly help me resolve the problem.
