For late night nosh and drinks with a view, we recommend Cook & Brew at Level 33 of The Westin Singapore. The large portions make every dish a share plate and the meal affordable. We liked the chilli con carne in brioche topped with sour cream and cheddar (two buns for $13) and the buttermilk fried chicken with wasabi mayonnaise and spinach & cherry tomato salad (the spicy mayo marries well with the cajun rubbed, fried chicken, $27 for half a chicken). Beer-drinkers, pair your Erdingers with the good-enough-to-share butcher platter (Three kinds of house-made sausage - boiled, cured and smoked, veal schnitzel, pork loin with mashed potatoes, saurkraut, mustard and pickles, $34). They serve food till 1am one fri-Sat and midnight every other day - remember this next time you need a bite after bar-hopping. #westinsg
