For many people its difficult to continue losing weight or even to maintain the weight loss that they have achieved during the holiday season. Here are some tips to help you succeed. If you fall off the horse, get right back on! Setbacks happen to all of us, the important thing to remember is to not beat yourself up about it and dont quit. Dont wait to start again, its much harder to get back into it, so accept it and move on. Make time to exercise Lets face it, food is even more available during the holidays, people always have it around it. So to be safe, make time to exercise! Its your best defense! It will make you feel great, but remember its not a permission slip to cheat! It is hard to get and stay motivated to lose weight during the holidays.
