For me every day has two magical and mystical minutes. This is not connected to anything mentioned below, but personal. Both 11:11 and 22:22 have significance. It started when I deliberately waited for these double double digits on the digital clock, but Ive almost Pavloved myself into looking at the clock at those exact times without having to wait for it to appear. I use these to minutes every day to think of my inner being and all my loved ones. Youd be surprised how many people can cross your mind in 60 seconds. It might even help to compile a list and keep it at hand if random thought seems too daunting in the beginning. These are my flash meditations and I always feel exalted afterwards.
