For me, time is a hologram and I remember my mom, dad, - TopicsExpress

For me, time is a hologram and I remember my mom, dad, grandparents with love and appreciation for the gifts that they bestowed upon me, even though in my younger years, I may not have recognized them as gifts. Many people become stuck in grief over the family and loved ones they have lost. It prevents them from living life in the present and enjoying the preciousness that life offers now. For those feeling stuck in the grief process, whether it is before, during or after the loved ones passing, I will share 1 wonderful tip, of an entire process, with you that I have used and use with my clients to support the process of letting go. It also helps the loved one transition with grace and ease. 1-Find a place in nature that you find beautiful and find a stone, stick, or shell, that calls to you. If you have an expectation for this, then you will find the right item. 2-If you have a particular person in mind, then name the object for them. You will need more then one object for each person. 3-Feel the energy of the loved one who has passed. 4-Commune with the representational element from nature so that you might consider more deeply what their gift was to you. 5-This might take anywhere from a few moments to a number of days. 6-Take time with the process. Im available to support anyone through this process of recognition, release, and discovering the lesson that was provided from those that have as yet to pass on, or who have recently passed on, or those that have passed on awhile back. Bringing ceremony and ritual to the end of life process is quite beautiful and can bring such peace, harmony and gratitude to them, to you, and to your life! This is the Medicine Woman way! Have a beautiful day!
