For months, I have been hearing that Grace United is closing its 8:30 location. Let me go ahead and address those who desire or take pleasure in thinking that the ministry is suffering and leaving the area. Why would I do that when all of the pews are still full, people still join both churches, the ministry is growing in many areas, and outreach is about to take off in the Columbia community. People will do anything to discourage a growing, prosperous, and blessed ministry where the Spirit of God dwells. If someone tells you this, know that they are carrying the spirit of a liar and would love to see us fail. Its not going to work. Our ministry is blessed and I give God all the credit for it! When I am no longer physically able because God calls me home, thats when I will leave, but the church ministry will continue. Love you all and pray for those who love to lie, discredit, and destroy the good names of people and their ministries in order to build up their churches. Maybe, when their hearts change, then God will bless their ministries. Our ministry has changed and so many lives have and still are. We are doing great. If you really want to know, just come and visit. Trust me, you will leave knowing that God is in the place and he dwells there within the Grace United Church. Can I get an amen Grace United?
