For most of us moms, Facebook makes up a bulk of our socializing, so its unfortunately become a way for us to figure out where we fall on the good mom spectrum. Because of that, dont we owe it to each other to start being completely honest about what we post? Here goes. I will totally admit that in pictures where my children are the focus, but a spotless house is behind them - its no accident. Ive moved the mess. Oh and the pictures where Im virtually flawless - Im really just celebrating my second shower of the week and working on my instagram skills. And I may be the only woman to admit this, but NEWSFLASH - Im thinner on Facebook. And the healthy, straight from scratch family dinners that I post? STATUS WORTHY=RARE. Remember that! Holy cow, if theres anything you should remind yourself of before you log into Facebook, Let. It. Be. That. Lastly, if you want to know if youre a good mom, just ask your kids. If theres anything we can say about children, its that theyre brutally honest. And if you really stop and think about it, when it comes to your parenting, isnt their opinion the only one that truly matters? #Letsbehonest and #stopcomparing
