For most of us relationships are a distraction because were afraid of sitting with ourselves. Were afraid that were not interesting enough, that we wont really like ourselves. So we use relationships to distract ourselves away from ourselves. When we start to become interesting to ourselves, a new world opens up. Our partner becomes more interested in us than before, and if were not in a relationship, we start attracting a relationship thats fulfilling, because we value ourselves.
