For my Hip-Hop Heads that may be making a transition in life I got something for you. Hip-Hop was once intuitive. It made you think, rappers were lyrical, rhymes were full of similes and metaphors, and music was not so forward as todays hits. If you like, nontraditional gospel like Mary Mary and Kirk Franklin; you need to try Christian Rap. Im going to give you some artist to try: Lecrae, his new album Anomaly, Trip Lee, songs Fantasy and Good Thing, Andy Mineo, songs Death of Me and All We Got, and artist KB, song Doubts. And just incase you slipped on Fred Hammond; you should pick up his album; God, Love & Romance. Of course this is not rap but a grown man gospel love album. Just wanted to hip my folks to some good music that the radio will surely not put you on too.
