For my followers and all the ones who have made the decision to join me. I do not want you to be afraid of food on this journey. Yes, I do eat healthier than I used to, and no, I have not started an exercise routine...yet. I am a second shifter. My day starts at 11:45am. At 12:30pm I take 2 skinny fiber capsules. At 1:00pm I made my breakfast. I had 2 scrambled eggs, 1 whole tomato and cottage cheese. This is my favorite breakfast and I eat it the most. I do change it up every now and then. I turn my eggs into an omlet of some sort. Sometimes with meat, sometimes with vegetables. I will post my snacks, lunch and dinner later!
