For my friend Denise Placette Perron I met this girl when we were young Our lives were fraught with trouble We bonded over shorthand and discussed our life of rubble The days they passed and we became as bonded as could be But life and time they moved us on and our friendship ceased to be The years they passed and we lost touch I really missed her very much I wondered did she think of me Or had she forgotten the shorthand for I and T As fate would have it and she often does Our paths crossed again because The friendship we had birthed at school Was still alive and just as cool As we were back then Shes still my friend that Denise The End!
