For my friends interested in fitness. This was my cardio routine today. Im putting it up in case yall wanted to try all or part of it. If you have a routine lemme know. This was sort of an effort to change things up. 11 Min Heavy Bag 3 rounds of: 30 sec slow power punches 20 sec speed+power 10 sec speed blast 1 min rest repeat all 2 more times 5 Min Warm Up 30 sec each: Push Ups Mountain Climbers Jumping Knee Tucks Burpees (no push-up) High Knees Squat Jacks Hydrants Greet the Sun Switch Foots 5 Min light stretch/rest/breath/sip of water break 22.5 Min Heavy Cardio (Cardio Combos) 30 sec work then 15 sec rest for each: 10 High Knees, 1 Burpee 10 Mountain Climbers, 4 Switch Foots 10 Squat Jacks, 1 Frog Jump (high jump) 10 Bicycle Crunches, 1 RoRo (roll up, roll down) 10 Jumping Jacks, 3 Jumping Knee Tucks 10 Push Ups, 1 Inchworm 6 Jump Lunges, 1 180 jump squat 10 Plank Twists, 1 Greet the Sun 1-2-3 Right Knee combo, 2-1-4 Left Knee Combo repeat all 2 more times 15 Min Core 30 sec work then 15 sec rest for each: Cross Arm Crunch Bicycle Crunch Half Jack Knife Leg Lifts Russian Twsts Football Crunch Reverse Crunch Trucker Crunch Alternating Leg Lifts V-Sit Crunch Repeat all 1 more time 7.5 Min Leg+Butt 30 sec work then 15 sec rest for each: Lying hip thrust pump Lying hip thrust pump knees together Jane Fonda right leg Kick Back right Bent leg lift right Jane Fonda left leg Kick Back left Bent leg lift left Donkey kick left Donkey kick right In case you do want to try this workout or even part of it and are not sure what something is, lemme know.
