For my lunch ruti, habisa bhaji... Habisa means in month of kartik we odia people keep fast every mondays of this month n on those mondays we make this particular bhaji along with habisa dalma n saga rice which we take in the eve time served on banana leaf.... in this bhaji we use very selective vegetables like long yard beans,egg plant,red pumpkin,yam,tempered with panch phutan ghee n red chilly n finally when bhaja is over we add roasted cumin chilly powder n roasted fenugreek powder..... its yum with roti too....
