For my vegetarians. Are you eating enough throughout the day? Here is a guideline to follow to make sure you are eating enough. Grains 5-12 servings Fruits and Veggies 5 or more servings Milks and Alternatives 6-8 servings Beans and Alternatives 2-3 servings Other Essentials 1-2 servings of Omega 3 fatty acids 2.6-2.8 mcg of B12 5mcg of Vitamin D If you are very active, then you need to be in the higher end of the scale. I will be doing a post on this week with all the foods in each category.
