SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS - This market is open to both Australian and International buyers. - First to comment SOLD on item has sole right to purchase. Please remember there are multiple copies of some items. This will be indicated in the comments above the image. Please check the description first before commenting. INVOICING AND PAYMENT - An invoice will be sent to you at conclusion of the market. Please be patient. - Payment is required within (3) three business days unless other payment options have been discussed PRIOR to purchase. Payment options will be included on the invoice. International purchasers must pay by PayPal ONLY. - Shipping costs will be added at the end of the sale and final weight of the purchase is determined. International customers please note that there will be a minimum shipping charge of $15.00 to the United States and $20.00 to the United Kingdom even if you only order a single small print. Orders to other countries will also incur a minimum shipping cost with final cost being determined by weight and location. We do live at the end of the earth apparently, here in Australia. :( SHIPPING - Overseas orders will be shipped by Registered/Tracked International Airmail and optional insurance (where available) at the expense of the customer. International shipping can be a substantial addition to the overall cost of the purchase as it is calculated by weight. - All Australian shipments will be sent out via Parcel Post with tracking and optional insurance. A signature will be required on all deliveries. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS - No responsibility will be taken for international parcels that go missing if the customer chooses not to purchase tracking. No replacements will be offered on items damaged in transit if the customer chooses not to purchase insurance on orders over the value of $100.00. PAYMENT PLANS AND LAYBYS - Laybys for orders to the value of $500.00 are for a period of six (6) weeks only. - Payment plans for periods between 3 to 6 months are available on all purchases over $500.00, but a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required within seven (7) days of receipt of your invoice. Failure to pay the deposit within seven (7) days will result in the cancellation of the order. - Cancellation of the order after the deposit is paid will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. - Please also note that payment plan duration will not be extended for new buyers or those who fail to meet the terms of the payment plan, i.e. failure to make payments, without good reason. - Failure to make payments for a period longer than 30 days without notification or valid reason will result in the cancellation of the order, the loss of the non-refundable deposit, and ALL of the items purchased. I apologise for the strict nature of the payment plan and layby terms, but they serve to make it very clear the importance of meeting and honouring the commitment to buy.
