My greatest fear has now come true... Charter Business turned off my phone during the night last night.... I am switching from Frontier to Charter and I made the switch yesterday.... to be made on Monday August 4th from 8-12...., hoping that it would happen before 10 on my first day of business... It is Tuesday morning and I have NO phone here at the shop.... I am on hold on my cell phone to tell them how upset I am... PLEASE know that the shop is open its regular hours from 10-5 Monday thru Saturday this week. Until I get this resolved you may reach me at my cell.... 828-273-8681... but right now I am on hold with Charter....Urgh.....!
