For promoting its new feature which is sending emoticon stickers (like the one you see in LINE or Kakao Talk) through SMS and also in celebration of the Islamic Holy Ramadan month, XL Axiata launched a campaign, Bagi Bagi Maaf. In order to communicate it, XL Axiata collaborate with XM Gravity (a digital marketing agency) and Cameo Project created a romance-themed webisodes called Maaf Soraya. In the end of each episode, viewers are given a chance to win ultimate prizes by answering questions about the movie. The movie itself is about the story of two guys chasing the same girl named Soraya but as with the other videos made by Cameo Project, they always make it as a funny video parody of a famous song :) Beside 3, XL is one of the telco provider in Indonesia which almost all of its ads I loved to watch. What I like from XL ads is how they always bring up the trends in netizen world to its ads just like the one they showed in, "Mawar untuk Marwan" or "Goyang Gayung".
