For sale: 16 hand 14 year old Appaloosa gelding. His name is CJ, and he is currently being used for barrel racing and pole bending, he also loves trail rides. Beautiful handling at walk, trot, and canter. I was told, he had a little bit of professional training in on him. He is sane and level headed, has amazing ground manners, will walk right beside you, clean legs, 100% sound. Not spooky at all, a very in your pocket kind of guy. He loves to be loved on, will greet you in the field, and always talks when you enter the barn. Best suited for a confident rider, as he can be strong and he gets excited before he runs, but not crazy. Has been ridden in a rodeo environment without any issues what so ever. Not hard mouthed, will run in a bit or hackamore. Neck reins beautifully, hes very responsive. Stands tied, fantastic for farrier and vet, loads and hauls well, and stands great or baths.
