For sale: 1956/57 Volkswagen Oval Ragtop Beetle Price: $3,500 Location: Bathurst NSW (can offer delivery at a cost) Contact: 0421313536 This is a December 1956 / January 1957 Oval rear window ragtop (britax) beetle. Chassis number: 1431346. Some later beetle gear has been added such as blinkers on front guards, engine lid and small 4 tyre pattern with disk brakes, and valiant front seats (original back seat), BUT it is original floor pan, and wouldnt take much to have it back to all original. There is very little rust in the car. 2 spots in the heater channel and 5c piece size in battery tray, is all Ive seen. The engine is not currently running as its been sitting for a long time. I have the original keys. The oval has been parked up for a long time in a shed out West nsw. Currently now in Bathurst. If you want to have a yarn about it, best to give me a call. Thanks
