For sale.....Bailey Senator California 1999 4 berth twin axle caravan, with complete set up so you could literally use it straight away without having to buy anything else. This caravan was my fathers and he used it regularly to go away in so was kept well maintained. Ill try and describe to the best of my knowledge but as it wasnt used by me I may miss a few things but please ask... First the caravan, as you can see in the pictures it is in excellent condition and has no holes or leaks in the body work. There are a couple of small dents in the sides from wind damage and general use over the years but none are bad and none have penetrated the outer layer. All the windows are in good condition and seal properly and dont leak, they all have black out blinds and fly screens as well as curtains.. It is a twin axle and has four good tyres and wheel trims. There is a spare underneath but I havent checked the condition. It comes with a wheel clamp and hitch lock and is also fitted with a door defender handle that folds over the door when locked to secure it and folds out to use as a handle when the door is open. The layout of the caravan is the door is near the back, as you go in the bathroom is on the right through a door. The bathroom has separate hand basin and cassette toilet and a separate shower cubicle. There is a large wardrobe with drawers a unit under the sink and a narrow storage cupboard just inside the door. There is a small window to the back.. Opposite the door is a little breakfast seat area which seats two and has a table in the middle. This converts to two bunks for sleeping and has a curtain that pulls round them. Under one of the seats is the hot water heater. There is also a large window here. Moving towards the front is the drinks cabinet/ tv station with the fuse box and switches. There is a gas heater mounted here also. Then to the front there is a U shaped seating area that converts into a double bed for sleeping. Under one is the on board water tank and the other has space for storage under. Coming back down the other side towards the door there is a variety of storage cupboards and drawers, then a full size cooker with oven and separate grill, a sink with hot and cold water and the fridge with a small freezer compartment at the top of it. There is a small window by the sink and over head storage cupboards. There are two roof light vents and the air conditioning unit on the roof along with various strip lights, there are some spot lamps in the corners There is a locker at the front which contains two gas bottles and storage space, to the side is the battery compartment and hook up point and also the water pump hook up. Included with the caravan is a porch awning which is big enough for a table and chair, all water and waste containers still in storage bags, two gas bottles, new leisure battery, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses an electric toaster, electric kettle, small Hoover, pots and pans and all leads and hook up cables. There are various caravan cleaners and cloths and general caravan bits which will all be included and there is still the owners handbook and various booklets and paperwork to go with it I have tried to be as honest as possible with the description and hopefully covered everything but might have missed things.
