For sale: Downtown Johnny (Johnny) is a beautiful eye catching 14yo clydie x standing at 14hh. He is good to shoe, float, worm, dentist, lead, wash and out and about. With his stocky build and stunning movement he never comes home with out a ribbon, whether it be showing, eventing, pony club events, has done barrel racing with previous owners. He has got 3 lovely even paces, knows all the basics such as walk to canter vise versa, leg yields, shoulder ins, half pass. Very responsive to the leg and moves nicely off it, although he is forward. He is an incredible jumper, competing up to grade 2 pc (90cm) in both show jumping and cross country and up to 1.15m at home. Johnny is a very bold, honest and safe jumper, never knocking a single pole and is very rarely knows to refuse. Saying that he does not get hot headed out in the jumping arena or xc course. Exceptional breaks and pulls up nicely when asked, but also does have a go button if asked to as well. Johnny needs an experienced rider as a must to continue on with him and get him out to the eventing or showing world. Due to his amazing jumping capability he would best be suited to eventing, pony club, arc but also pulls up nicely in the show arena.
