For so many reasons the city of Toronto is an embarrassment, Its taken 45 mins to move a few KM due due to insane construction and archaic infrastructure. Unionized contracts stretch out completion times, theres no excuse to not have a light rail system and or extra public transit while train services to surrounding cities is pathetic at best. Ford has increased property tax and things are only and getting worse. Tolls equal money for the city and traffic flow. Car pool and bike lanes increase flow and decrease volume its not rocket science its proven.
