For some reason a few of my fellow associates question the truth of my tales....so I will tag eyewitnesses when available....I guess I should be flattered they think Im that imaginative lol......and so this tale begins......Strange But True Tale from the Service Desk #4400002099......the front end support manager was helping us out at the service desk because for some reason this was an unusually busy day at the Desk....our line was literally going out the door all day....A man with a card table and chairs set and four rolled up beach towels in his cart for return approaches the counter....our support manager was behind us signing receipts and gathering reshop....the man tries to catch her eye....he starts. Hey hey you behind there why you looking so mean. Support manager says, Im not mean im working......He says, you too pretty to be looking so mean. Im in the middle of another transaction so i dont know if she shot him a look or what but she didnt respond to his flirtation.....my fellow associate Alexandria starts his return.....when she tells him how much his return he goes off....no no no that receipt says $88.90 and you giving me my full amount.....so Alex turns to the support manager and before she can tell whats going on he yells to the SM Yeah you get over here and fix this Im not trying to hear this I need all my money!........The SM go through the return.....$59.98 for the card table....$4.97 for each of the rolled beach towels....making his return roughly $79.96 before the added tax... the SM looks at the receipt and points out he has a set of towels that he didnt return she ask him if he had the towels...this really sends off....WHAT THE F*$K YOU MEAN DO I HAVE THE TOWELS!!!! BABY YOU DONT KNOW ME I CAN BUY AND SELL YOU!!! I GOT $5000.00 IN THE BANK AND $2000.00 ON ME WHAT I LOOK LIKE! At which point he pulls out this wad of money and waves it at her....so keeping her cool my support manager suggest maybe I could explain it better.....he really goes beserk then, YEAH YEAH MUTHAF*CKIN SUPPORT MAMAGER!! YO AZZ DONT LNOW WHAT THE F*CK YOU TALKIN BOUT IM GOING TO GET MY GD MONEY!!! YOU AINT NOTHING BUT A MUTHAF*CKIN DYKE! ....DAMN DYKE AZZ.....YOU THINK I WANT TO STEAL SOME MUTHF*CKIN TOWELS FOE.....ETC ETC ETC! this went on for about ten minutes...while I go through the return I explain to him he has five items returned but he purchased six items....which explains why his refund does not match his receipt end total.....F*CK IT F*CK IT YO AZZ LYIN TOO JUST GIVE ME MY GD MONEY NOW!....I finish the return he starts back up yelling at the SM as hes leaving....Calling her every kind of dyke b....etc....she kept her cool though but he was so hostile she didnt flirt back with him so he had to show off.....crazy I couldnt make this up if I tried
