For some reason, my phone wont let me post directly to this page, so heres this mornings Mike news that I shared on my personal page already. Terrifying start to our day: Mike was walking from the bathroom back to the bedroom and somehow headed toward the stairs instead. We heard a series of huge thumps and an agonized wail. I rushed out to find him at the bottom of the stairs, head down, legs akimbo. Our son was already rushing to call 911 when Mike said he was fine, just had been scared more than hurt. He got up and said his back was raw from the carpet more than anything else. Hes a bit stiff, but swears hes otherwise fine and insisted on driving Tate to school this morning. This is just one in a string of falling and tripping incidents lately. Hopefully, getting the tumor out of his brain will help. But I think I need some night lights and one of those caregiver motion alarm things for post-surgery, at least until I know hes steady on his feet again.
