For some time Ive been wanting to get back to teaching the subjects I know and love in an informal way so that everyone can afford and benefit from them. When I ran Sanctum Holistic Therapy Centre, I sent out a regular client newsletter called Medicine Bowl which featured interesting articles and events. In Native America the Medicine Bowl symbolises a place where ideas are nurtured, the future is held and growth is accomplished - a perfect description of my self-development classes. Im currently working on some Saturday morning classes which I hope you will enjoy. (Does anyone remember the popular Saturday Morning Tap Classes (EFT) from a few years back?
