For the Dawlah haters since you want peace then gather yourselves to call for the US and its allies to stop bombing Iraq and Syria.The people there are not just combatants but innocent civilians who are your fellow Muslim brothers and sisters,there are many innocent women and children who just live there peacefully because they just want to be ruled by the Laws of ALLAH that they have not experienced for their whole life in Darul Kufr.Do not be surprised nor condemn the people of the well established Islamic State if their armed forces will also respond to a war waged against them because its their very own right to defend their own people and territories of which you will not able to offer. Just make DUA for the Dawlahs success is the ummahs success dunya wal akhirah bi-idhnillah.Stop being a problem and try to become a solution;-)
