For the Men: Factors to consider within yourself before settling down to marriage. Before I go into these factors, I need to quickly point out that 2 classes of ladies are not even worth the stress of dating...., A. There are some bad girls who are only interested in your pocket. For example, you met a lady last week and today she lies to you that she had lost her phone and you must buy a new expensive phone for her......Beware of her. That is only a tactical set up against you to know whether you are financially wealthy or stingy. She will disappear into thin air when your money dries up. B. Never date a lady whose got zero or low interest in the God. Shes spiritually low and wayward in the things of the Lord...Her spiritual cracks can be a source of attack to your family in future. Beware. The following requirements are obligatory criteria for every man before he can get married, 1. Financial dependence. Your financial independence is unarguably the most important factor. You are going to be a breadwinner for your family in the future, let your success be the first priority in your mind. Many a man believes erroneously that his financial status will change for better when he gets married. Most times. It does not happen like that. Never try to hook a lady because shes rich or got a wealthy background. In such a union,you will be perceived as a gold digger and your freedom of being the man of the house will be tested and eroded. 2. Have your own apartment. Never try to marry in a house your parents are still living in. It has never worked. You need an apartment of your own, a comfortable home that can save you from external interference....YOU cannot have matrimonial harmony without a home of your own. 3. Finally, work on your maturity level. Your age does not determine your maturity level. A man can be 40 years and still be a mamas boy. Marriage isnt for the less matured. Good marriage, which is a by product of any relationship requires a sustainable physique, vibrant health and appealing intellect for it to survive. You must be matured in financial decisions, matured emotionally and strong psychologically to withstand the rigorous stress and expectations of marriage. Remember, you dont prepare in marriage,you prepare for marriage. Are you sure you are ready for marriage?
