For the UFC fans out there. One of the most beloved and respected figures in the sport of mixed martial arts, four-time US Olympic alternate wrestler Randy Couture became a superstar in the UFC, becoming the first man to win world titles at two different weight divisions (heavyweight and light heavyweight). After being knocked out twice in three light-heavyweight bouts by Chuck Liddell, Couture announced his retirement from the sport, only to return to the Octagon 13 months later, aged 43, to fight six-foot-eight heavyweight world champion Tim Sylvia. To the astonishment of the crowd, Couture floored Sylvia with the first punch of the fight and went on to dominate the champion for five full rounds to become the UFC heavyweight champion again, prompting commentator Joe Rogan to exclaim, That man is my hero. (Warning this video is violent and is not for the squeamish!)
