The high command of glorious Grandmother Rossi has finally seen fit to promote me to a position worthy of my considerable skills: I will be General Oleg Leontyev, Commander of the Rossi Defence Forces. I believe that when someone manages to reach their goals in life, they should take the time to remember their roots. Therefore I have opted to hold my celebration at the site of my climb to justly-deserved power. Meet us at the entrance to Kirthar Penal Radium Mines, where I once served as a lowly private. Do not let the name worry you friend, the mines were closed down decades ago and the tunnels are now as silent as the grave.
