For the difference between eternal security and the PROCESS of eternal salvation, I decided to come up with a lot of the scriptures the eternal security folks normally quote to support their error ; I didnt just quote them, I EXPLAINED them because some of us that are thoroughbreds SEE what they are not seeing in those scriptures they are wrongly quoting; see them below: John 5:2424 Verily, verily(the greek word here is alitheia, the same with TRUTH), I say unto you, He that heareTH(CONTINUES to hear) my word, and believeTH(CONTINUES to believe) on Him that sent me, haTH(CONTINUES to have) everlasting life, and shall(futuristic) not come into condemnation(eternal death, also known as the 2nd death, where souls are condemned forever); but is passed(past tense) from death(spiritual death) unto life(the Zoe life/ being spiritually alive). John 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeTH(CONTINUES to see) the Son, and believeTH(CONTINUES to believe) on Him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day(I will raise him up at the LAST DAY qualifies the EVERLASTING LIFE in this scripture). John 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand(pls read the previous verses before verse 28 to fully understand why and what Christ is saying here) .John 10:29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them(who are the them?) out of my Fathers hand(still point them to verses before verse 28 to know those Hes saying this about). Romans 11:66 And if by grace, then is it no more of works( works of the law): otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works(works of the law), then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. (Believers need to understand that there are about 5 different meaning for works in the bible, and the only works that grace negates in all the different kinds of works mentioned in the bible is only the WORKS OF THE LAW, which brings SELF righteousness or self justification!) Romans 10:44 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeTH (CONTINUES to believe). Romans 8:33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of Gods elect? It is God that justifieTH(CONTINUES to justify). Romans 6:77 For he that is dead is freed from sin(the reason we have to die to self or the flesh; this is our responsibility by total submission to the Holyspirit, not Gods responsibility ). 2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them(tresspasses in this context here talks about the whole world before Christ came to die for them, that God didnt imput their tresspasses on them); and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Philippians 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:(go and check all the faith hall of fame in heb.11, all mentioned in that chapter including God Himself expressed this faith through ACTIONS(not works of the law)! For example, by faith, enoch WALKED(action) with God...) Hebrews 5:9 And being made perfect, he became the author of ETERNAL SALVATION(jn.3:16) unto all them that obey him(only those that OBEY Him, not just confessing Him, which means as a believer, you can still disobey Him); Hebrews 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.(Why are christians misinterpreting the scriptures to perpetuate fleshy indulgence! What was the writer talking about that made him say this? Which iniquities will God not remember anymore? Read verses before! Shall we CONTINUE in sin that grace may abound, God forbid!) Philippians 2:13 For it is God which workeTH(CONTINUES to work) in you both to will and TO DO(hey! There is also a DOING part, not just believing) of his good pleasure Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh(WHO WALK NOT AFTER THE FLESH) but after the Spirit.( Which means you can be in christ Jesus and still work after the flesh and not after the Spirit) 2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness( the weakness paul was talking about here had to do with his affected sight, not sins). Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities(infirmities here is not the same thing as sins), that the power of Christ may rest upon me.(Also note that, truly, His grace is indeed sufficient, but the SUFFICIENCY of the grace of God is not to support the DEFICIENCY of the fear of God!) Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need( we are actually in the time(era) of need and truly,we need the Holyspirit to help us through this period, because iniquity shall abound, the love of many(many here are believers o!,not unbelievers) shall wax cold).eternal security my foot! Hebrews 10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified( ha ha! What does sanctified means in this scripture? Does it means those that have confessed and still live in sin?) Romans 6:11 Likewise RECKON ye also YOURSELVES to be DEAD INDEED UNTO SIN, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord (when you see phrase like through Jesus or through faith doesnt mean an irresponsibility on your part! It simply means, all our actions, our dealings, our endeavours, our walking must be in alignment or positioning with Christ, or faith as the case may be). Ezekiel 36:27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them (I like the part that ends it and DO them! Which means He puts His spirit in us so that we might DO His will, but may still decide not to DO if we dont submit to that spirit that He has put within us) 2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.(The righteousness of God IN HIM simply means we are to CONTINUE to WALK in Him because He has become our standard for righteousness and no more the works of the law! Let this mind be in you, even the mind of Christ- this message/statement was addressed to believers who already had christ o!) It is one thing to quote scriptures, it is another to UNDERSTAND them! Abagus was mighty in scriptures but when he came in contact with paul, who had understanding of the scriptures......
