For the entire year I lived in Florida....I was broke!!! So broke I didnt know what to do at times...but I managed to pay bills that were double that in Pa with 1/3 the money....with no child support.... and still got through holidays and back to school shopping....along with all those extra things that come up. This was humbling and very stressful. A few people whispered....wondered....gossiped.....thought I wouldnt make it....treated me different because I didnt have the money I used to...mented on my lifestyle being different BUT, GUESS WHAT....????....I made it!!!!! Now....after stress and strife like I never experienced....working events with the wealthiest of the wealthy....to doing jobs with the brokest of the broke....to working a full time job and several part time jobs.....Im finally coming up again. God blessed me with good people along this journey who helped me, guided me, and became my friends. God gave me strength to keep going. As I now switch gears to finally return to nursing and become a new Mom again....I feel so grateful for this past year because it taught me so much. Firstly, my Faith in God has become so strong. Secondly, my belief in myself is now unshakable....I know I can do anything! Finally, I realized who is real, true, and loyal in my life....because they remained with me through the ups and the downs. Ill always remember them....Ill also remember those who werent.
